Following Christ

Is it necessary to follow Christ? Of course it is! But how? You might say: “How, you ask? Why you just go to the gospels and follow His words, instructions, and actions, right?” Well, no, that is not exactly how you follow Christ today in the dispensation of grace.

I am going to make a statement and please do not be alarmed and hang up before you listen to any more: You can not follow Christ today without following the specific instructions He gave us from glory through Paul!

Sound strange? It is not strange if you keep in mind several things. First, Christ revealed a completely new dispensation through Paul called the dispensation of grace (Ephesians 3:1,2). The marching orders for this day of grace are somewhat different than those for the kingdom dispensation which is set aside until the rapture when this dispensation of grace is over.
